Becoming a community builder

Collaboration: Buy in.  Keterbukaan. Musyawarah, Kekitaan. Penjawat awam dan NGO. Ice Berg. Consensus.
Partnership: Every body committed to the task.
Multiplier: Our Partners are our success story. The diminishers is a micromanager but the multiplier is an investor. Multipliers increase intelligence in people and in organization. People actually get smatter and more capable around them.

Global Skill: Persuasion, negotiation and Response to crisis . If you can gain awareness of your assumption, you can build trust and take your team beyond cooperating on a task to true creative collaboration (M.W. Morris @Harvard)

Kajian:     Turun Padang buat Kajian. Pemantauan, Checkpoin pergerakan dari A ke B
Curious:    Lets everybody wonders.

2012 UNESCO Report on Malaysian Education: Legal and policy Framework:
1.     To Increase the participation of Preschool age (4+ and 5+) children and improve the quality of the system by making all government and private preschools part of the national education system.
